Update from Cheryl and Channeled Messages from Inner Space:
From January, 2005 through to January, 2008, I channeled monthly messages while in deep meditation, from a higher place I can only describe as having accessed "All That Is." The introduction to those messages, which was sent through email at that time to my clients, colleagues, students and friends, is included below.
While having intended to get our 'Here and Now Health' web site together during that time, and to post these messages on line, that did not come to pass. Continuing to send these monthly messages through a simple email group address list became a task over time, and I started slipping away from the monthly meditation and sending other thoughts of inspiration and encouragement. Further, I recognized that my focus had shifted as I was preparing for the manifestation of a life long dream in travelling to Africa in the fall of the 2008. With this on the immediate horizon, I realized I needed to turn inward once more and focus on my own journey and my own personal quest for guidance from the Source.
In January 2008, knowing that much of this Universal Wisdom was well available through many other channels, I put these monthly meditations aside. Now I find myself here, three years post Africa, having learned much and able to reconnect to the Source for the benefit of All That Is. As we move forward into The Great Shift and The New Energies of the Earth, I feel re-called to invest in this monthly meditative experience and to assist in The Great Shift through whatever information is made available to me. As I have never owned any of this wisdom as my own, I feel a responsibility to share what comes to me as Universal Wisdom with others. I am therefore committing to the re-introduction of monthly "Messages from Inner Space" beginning on this year's Winter Solstice. You can look forward to seeing these messages posted monthly on our web site under the "What's New?" section.
My channelling experience is an adventure that began as an 'accident,' so to speak, meanly simply that it was not planned. It first started as what I thought was a dream, but was in fact a message from a loved one passed over that needed to given to a friend. Through my holistic studies and self-growth these past many years, I have come to understand that there is something that differentiates a 'dream' from a 'message' or a 'vision.' I have also come to trust that we do not begin to have all the answers for what lies beyond us when we look into the vast stars at night, and to simply be okay with that. Over time, my 'dreams' eventually became 'messages' and 'visions' that I could conciously access and recognize as 'other than the usual,' and from there through careful, thoughtful, meditative practice, I began to recognize my own Masters and Guides, and to be able to call upon them for help in re-connecting to my Source as needed. This Universal Guidance has served me well over the years, and I have called upon it often.
At this point in my life, I recognize that All Universal Wisdom comes from a Higher Place that does not need to be named by the one or the many that provide It. The Beginning of Messages from "All":
This past fall, I was gifted with an intuition through a dream. I don't remember the exact day, or the exact dream, and in the busyness of life, I did not stop to write it down. What I remember is the gift. The gift, simply stated, let me know that "it is time." Time for me to take the risk, to put my ego aside, to add to the abundance of messages already available, to add my self, as a simple vehicle, to a part of the "ALL." I am so grateful to the many Divine teachers that have brought me to this place, to the messengers that have risked before me, to the consciousness of "ALL" that has somehow, easily, gently, almost unknowingly, seeped itself softly into my being, and brought me to this place.
The day I woke up from my dream, I made a commitment to myself, and to "ALL." I committed that I would start sitting in meditation with "ALL" that is at the beginning of each month; and beginning January 1st, I would take the risk to put the words that came to me on tape, and then on paper; with no ego, no judgments of self, no expectations of outcome (or at least to do this to the best of my ability at this time).
And so I find myself here, this paper in front of me. The 'send' button waiting to be pushed. As you know, I have read regularly the teachings and offerings of several messengers that provide universal wisdom through the internet, and many times, I forward these messages on to you. Many of you have shared your thoughts and findings with me. All of you have travelled with me to this place. I am grateful for the reciprocity of it "ALL."
And so, I send to you today, something that comes through the vehicle of this self, my self; and I offer it unconditionally to your self. If you wish to forward this message to others, please feel free to do so. I own nothing of it. It is not mine to give away. It is simply my part to play by putting it on paper, and risking the push of the 'send' button. For some human reason, it seems useful to identify these writings in some way. Last night, as I read over the first of the messages from "ALL," I said to Dino, standing in my ego place: "This is scary, but I am ready. The thing is, I don't know how or what to call these words, or if they need to be called anything. And well .... when I read it over to my self, it frankly sounds like something from Outer Space." His simple response was this: "No ..... This is not from Outer Space, Cheryl .... this is from Inner Space."
While I accepted this eagerly and readily, in my usual fashion, I felt the need for more validation, my ego requiring just one more Universal Sychronistic Sign. So I drew an Angel Card from my Doreen Virtue collection (Messages from Your Angels, What Your Angels Want you to Know).
It was the card "Athena," and her message was this:
"It is safe for you to be powerful. You know how to be powerful in a loving way that benefits others as well as yourself. You have been afraid of your own power. You have worried that others would disapprove of you or leave you if you allowed your true power to shine. You have also been concerned that you might abuse your power and that your masculine energy would become unbalanced. I am here to help you reveal your power to yourself and others in a way that enhances your relationships, self-esteem, and life purpose.
Your power comes from love, from God. You who are made in the image and likeness of your Creator have unlimited power within you right now. You aren't capable of abusing your power because your heart chakra has opened like a flower in bloom. Think of a person whom you admire, who is both powerful and balanced in their masculine and feminine energies. Such power is beautiful. It also amplifies your spiritual healing and psychic gifts. You are a strong and powerful Lightworker, and God needs you to accept and reveal your power."

With a deep and knowing sigh, I let go of my Fear and I stepped into Love. I am pushing the 'send' button.
